Working with the grid
Business parks are scattered rather than concentrated. Kents Hill Park, the Foxhunter Drive estates, Linford Wood, Blakelands and the Caldecotte and Bletchley sites each sit in a different grid square, and the difference between two of them can be ten minutes or thirty seconds depending on which grid roads connect.
Because the roads are dual carriageway with grade-separated crossings in places, a wrong turn on the grid costs a full loop. Chauffeurs who work Milton Keynes regularly know which roundabout exits lead where without needing to read every sign at fifty miles an hour. That knowledge is the difference between arriving at nine and arriving at nine past.
Give us the building name, the estate and the two nearest grid roads when you book. That combination almost never fails, whereas a postcode here can cover a large area with several separate entrances. It is the single most useful thing you can tell us about a local address.
