Booking & Payment Policy

How a quotation becomes a booking, what must be agreed before travel, and how payment information is communicated.

Last updated 31 August 2026

01

Requesting a quotation

The quote form gathers the route, timing, party, vehicle preference and contact details needed to assess a journey. Submitting it opens a prepared WhatsApp message; it does not charge a card or create a binding booking.

A useful request includes complete pickup and destination information, local date and time, passenger and luggage numbers, flight details where relevant, and any access requirement the passenger chooses to disclose.

02

Written confirmation

A booking is formed only after the itinerary, price, vehicle category, payment terms and any booking-specific cancellation terms have been sent in a durable written format and accepted. Silence, a website visit or an unsent WhatsApp draft does not create a booking.

The confirmation should identify the party responsible for supplying the journey. Clients should raise any mismatch in names, dates, local time zones, addresses or flight numbers before accepting it.

03

Price transparency

The written quotation should state the total price known at the time and identify any genuinely variable charge, such as additional waiting requested after the included period or a route change made by the client. Mandatory foreseeable charges must not be hidden until after acceptance.

No payment is taken on this website. The accepted payment method, due date, deposit if any, and invoice details are stated in the written confirmation. Optional extras require the client’s agreement.

04

Changes and errors

A requested change is assessed before it is treated as agreed. If it changes distance, duration, vehicle capacity or positioning, a revised price and any revised terms are sent for acceptance.

Clients can correct information before sending the WhatsApp message and should contact the reservation team promptly if an error is found later. Nothing in this policy removes statutory consumer rights.
