Cookie Policy
This site is built to work without behavioural tracking. Here is exactly what may be set, when, and how to stop it from your own browser.

What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website so that something can be remembered between page loads or between visits. Related technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels do a similar job, and this policy treats them the same way.
Cookies cannot read other files on your device or identify you by name on their own. What they can do is recognise the same browser over time, which is why they are regulated.
The approach taken on this site
This website is built to work without behavioural tracking. Pages are pre-rendered and served as static documents, the reservation console runs entirely in your browser, and there is no login, basket or personalised content that would require a session cookie.
No analytics or advertising identifier is configured in the current site configuration. If one is configured later, the consent control prevents it from loading until a visitor actively accepts optional cookies.
Strictly necessary cookies
The application does not currently require a first-party login, basket or booking-session cookie. The hosting platform may still process ordinary request data needed to route and secure a page, but that is not used by this site to build an advertising profile.
If the optional consent manager is needed because a measurement account is configured, it stores the visitor’s accept or reject choice locally so the same question is not repeated on every page. That preference is used only to honour the choice.
- Request routing and security processing provided by the hosting platform
- The optional-cookie accept or reject choice, only when optional measurement is configured
Measurement and analytics
The site has integration points prepared for Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta pixel. None is active without a genuine identifier, and configured tags are still held back until the visitor chooses “Accept Optional Cookies”.
Rejecting optional cookies leaves those tags unloaded and does not affect the quote form, navigation, policies or WhatsApp links. A visitor can reopen Cookie Settings from the footer whenever optional tracking is configured.
- Google Analytics 4: page views, referring source, approximate location by region, device category
- Google Tag Manager: a container that governs which of the above tags are permitted to load
- Google Ads and Meta pixel: conversion measurement, only where an advertising campaign is running
Third-party content
Photography is delivered from the image source identified in the page request. Website typefaces are packaged by the application build rather than fetched from a font provider each time a visitor opens a page.
Choosing to contact us through WhatsApp opens that service in a new window or application. What happens once you are inside WhatsApp is governed by that platform’s own cookie and privacy terms, not by this policy.
Controlling cookies yourself
Every current browser lets you block or delete cookies, either for all sites or for a specific one. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this site working properly, but blocking analytics will not affect it at all.
Most browsers also offer a private or incognito mode, which discards cookies at the end of the session. If you use the browser-level "do not track" or global privacy control signal, we will not use analytics cookies to profile that visit.
- Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies
- Safari: Settings, then Privacy, then Manage website data
- Firefox: Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions
When this policy changes
If a new measurement tool is introduced, or an existing one is enabled for the first time, the live inventory and consent choices must be reviewed before collection begins and the date at the top will change.
The list above separates currently necessary operation from optional integrations. Optional tags are governed by the visitor’s stored choice and can be rejected as easily as accepted.
