How the meeting works on arrival
Once your flight number is on the booking, the chauffeur is timed to the published landing rather than to a guess. Meeting takes place inside the arrivals hall of your terminal with a name board, which is the simplest thing to find after a long sector. Where a client prefers not to walk through the concourse looking for anyone, the car meets at the designated pickup area instead and the chauffeur telephones on approach.
Baggage reclaim at Gatwick can be slow when several wide-bodies land together, particularly into North Terminal in the early morning. That waiting is anticipated. Nobody is chased out of the hall because a meter is running.
- Terminal confirmed at booking and rechecked the day before
- Name board meeting inside arrivals, or the designated pickup area on request
- Waiting time after landing anticipated rather than penalised
