Platinum Chauffeurs aims to make this website usable with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom and reduced-motion preference. The site includes a skip link, visible focus styles, semantic headings, labelled form controls and text alternatives for meaningful images.

This statement describes implemented features and known design intentions; it is not a claim that an independent WCAG conformance audit or certification has been completed.

If a page, form or document creates a barrier, email info@platinum-chauffeurs.co.uk and identify the page, device or assistive technology involved. The same information can be taken through WhatsApp where that is easier.

A quotation or policy can be explained or provided in a practical alternative format. Reporting a barrier will not affect the availability or price of a chauffeur quotation.

Passengers may describe a mobility, communication, assistance-animal or other access requirement through the optional accessibility field. Only information needed to arrange the journey should be supplied.

The form asks for explicit agreement before accessibility information is prepared for WhatsApp because it may reveal health or disability information. A suitable vehicle or adjustment is confirmed rather than assumed.

Accessibility is reviewed when shared components, navigation or the quote form changes. Automated checks support that work but do not replace testing by people using different input and assistive technologies.

Known or reported problems are prioritised by impact, especially where they prevent access to contact information, policies or the quote flow.
