The character of Liverpool Street
Bishopsgate is a wide, busy road that rarely stops moving, but the station forecourt itself is short-stay only and clears within minutes if a car lingers. Old Broad Street and Old Liverpool Street offer steadier holding points a short walk from the concourse. Broadgate's own roads are largely pedestrianised around Exchange Square, so cars for the towers wait on Sun Street or Primrose Street instead.
- The station forecourt is short-stay only — cars for a longer wait use Old Broad Street.
- Broadgate's own roads around Exchange Square are pedestrianised; cars wait on Sun Street.
- Confirm which of the station's entrances you use, since the building has several.
- Roadworks near the station change from month to month during ongoing redevelopment.
