Arrival and the walk to the car
The chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name board. The terminal is small enough that the walk to the vehicle in the designated pickup area takes a minute or two, and there is no interchange, transit or second building involved.
Flight number and airline are recorded at booking. Published arrival times are checked as the day goes on so the car is called forward at the correct moment, which matters on the busy Amsterdam and Dubai rotations when several flights land close together.
- Single terminal with the forecourt close to arrivals
- Name board meeting inside the hall as standard
- Chauffeur despatched to match the published arrival, not the timetable
