Working from the running order
Roadshow schedules arrive in many shapes. A spreadsheet from a corporate broker, a printed sheet from an IR team, a message with six lines and a hotel name. Whatever the format, it is converted into a driving plan with a departure time attached to every leg and a named entrance attached to every address.
That plan is returned before the day so it can be checked by whoever owns the schedule. If two meetings are twelve minutes apart on paper and twenty-five in reality at that hour, it is better to say so the evening before than to discover it at the second stop.
