The meeting on arrival
A chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall holding a name board, then walks you out to the vehicle in the designated pickup area. The building is compact enough that this rarely takes more than a couple of minutes, luggage included.
Flight number and airline go on the booking when it is made, and published arrival times are monitored on the day so the car is called forward as the aircraft lands rather than sitting on the forecourt for an hour beforehand.
- One arrivals hall with a short walk to the vehicle
- Name board meeting, or a forecourt collection if you prefer
- Flight number recorded and arrival information checked on the day
