The character of Sutton Coldfield
The town centre is tidy and well laid out around the parade of shops on Mere Green Road and the older streets near Holy Trinity Church, with short-stay bays doing most of the work rather than kerbside waiting. Sutton Park itself borders several approach roads, and cars often hold on one of these rather than in the centre. Four Oaks and Streetly, further out, are quieter still, with driveways and residential parking the norm.
- Cars hold on Mere Green Road or a bordering side street and move to the door on your call.
- The Aston Expressway runs one-way with the peak flow, which we factor into the collection time.
- The Belfry's own entrance road is used for golf resort collections rather than the public car park.
- Sutton Park's boundary roads make a practical wait point for addresses near the park.
