How a booking is put together
We need four things before we can do anything useful with an enquiry. Where does the journey start, and where does it finish? When must it happen? How many people are coming, and with how many cases? Those answers let us suggest a car and put together a timing plan. Several stops on one trip are handled differently: we sequence them around how traffic behaves at that time of day, not the order they happen to appear in your note.
What we confirm in writing holds exactly what matters on the day, with no padding. You'll see the class of vehicle, your chauffeur's name, the collection address (plus any note on access) and the time we agreed. Changes go through the same channel. Put them in writing and we reply in writing, which leaves one copy of the plan that you and we are both reading from.
- Collection address, naming the exact gate or entrance if access is controlled
- Car class, stating how many passengers and bags it holds
- Your chauffeur's name and how to reach them directly, shared before you travel
- Timings, with spare minutes added wherever congestion is predictable
