How a full day is structured
Planning starts with whatever can't shift. Flights don't wait, and neither does a service, an opening meeting or a restaurant reservation, so those become the anchors and the movable parts fit in between. From that we produce a written running order, with road times based on how traffic actually behaves instead of how we'd like it to.
Both you and the chauffeur receive a copy of that running order. On it you'll find each address in turn, any access notes worth knowing, where the car plans to wait and the time we expect to finish. Most days slip. When yours does, everyone is reading from one sheet, not relying on memory.
